The trick to writing an interesting travel article is finding something interesting to write about. That's why I've always got my eye open for the odd or unusual.

For RV Journal, I wrote about the Art Fence at the entryway leading to Great Basin National Park just inside Nevada's eastern border. The Art Fence is an informal, two-mile long barbed wire art gallery where anyone with a sense of humor and a trunkload of ideas can create a masterpiece for travelers to enjoy.
